All building plans are subject to architectural approval. For more information contact Port Washington Lots. The basic restrictions are as follows:
  • Minimum Building Size: Single story homes shall be 1800 square feet, Multi Story homes shall be 2200 square feet.
  • Minimum setbacks from property lines: front 30', 8' minimum one side yard and 12' all other sides
  • Purchase price includes all municipal improvements-sewer, water, sidewalks, curb and gutter-and underground utilities of electricity, gas, telephone and cable TV. All Park Fees have been paid by developer.
  • All Lot Owners shall become members of the Woods at White Pine Homeowner's Association. The Association shall have ownership of the five outlots and shall be responsible for the maintenance of these outlots.
  • Portions of Lots 1-6 and 9-11 contain Conservancy areas. These areas are planted with “no-mow, slow grow” grasses and shall be left in their natural state.
  • The exterior of all residences shall be Cedar, brick , stone or engineered wood (hardie panels, cemplank etc.) Except for windows soffit and fascia.
  • Roofs shall be wood, slate or dimensional shingles.
  • Permanently installed inground swimming pools are allowed.
  • Garages shall be attached, minimum capacity of 2 cars.
